SNOWBOARDER Magazine is the long-standing title of Italian snowboarding, and its Facebook page — SNOWBOARDER magazine / snowboard.it — is the channel it uses for news, results and athlete coverage. The page has been running since 2011 and has around forty-three thousand followers.

The magazine’s site, snowboard.it, covers the competitive disciplines — big air, halfpipe, slopestyle, boardercross, parallel giant slalom — alongside profiles of the Italian national team and interviews. The published contact is info@snowboard.it.

Publishing is seasonal

Useful for calibrating expectations: this is not a page that publishes at the same rate all year. It switches on with the season, follows racing and the national team closely through the winter months, and slows considerably over the summer. Finding it quiet out of season is normal and does not mean it has been abandoned.

How to use it

It is a source of information rather than a discussion community: you read it, you do not take part. For anyone following racing and the national team it remains the Italian-language reference, particularly through the World Cup season.
