MG Snowboard Italia
Join the community →MG Snowboard Italia is really two things, and they deserve separate verdicts: a technical guides site and a forum. The first is frozen, the second is not.
The guides site
The guides on gear, tricks and base repair are still online and read normally, but the site has not been updated since 2017.
On boards, bindings and repairs those pages age slowly and remain worth reading. On models, prices and product news they are a historical archive rather than current information, and should be read with that in mind.
The forum
The forum is still online, with around ten thousand registered users and an archive of more than a hundred and seventy thousand posts built up over the years.
The activity is not spread evenly. The living section is the used-gear marketplace, which keeps collecting listings; the technical sections — board choice, setup and tuning, technique — move rarely, and the partner-retailer sections have been dormant for a long time.
One detail that puts the rest in context: most of the visitors are search engines and passing guests rather than members holding a conversation.
In short
A large technical archive that is still worth searching, with a functioning used-gear market and occasional technical discussion. It is not a living community in the way SkiForum is, but nor is it the dead site the homepage alone suggests.
